Based on crank hole position, the oval rear window (45's is rectangle) and the rear leaf spring perches, this is not a Model 45 (six cylinder) but rather, a Model 35 (four cylinder).
All the 6 cylinder series cars have cantilever rear springs so no rear spring perches.
And I see the posting has been taken down as well so perhaps sold.
