If your man is the type to shy away from the camera, share this with him. We asked our photography department to give us their best tips for men to look as attractive as possible in photos.
Lets talk facial hair. Don’t stop reading, nobody is forcing you to lose the beard! You just need to pick up some beard oil and conditioner. Use the conditioner in the shower and the oil when you are getting ready. It makes a huge difference and only takes a few extra minutes. For your convenience, links to amazon:Beard Oil. Beard Conditioner.
Keep your shoulders back. You will look taller, more masculine, and effortlessly handsome. While we are on the topic of posing, don’t keep your hands in your pockets! One or two shots will look great but you’ll look nervous in the pictures as a result.
Don’t be afraid to smile! The closed lip “celebrity smile” is handsome and timeless, but you’ll want to remember how happy you are on your wedding day. If you feel like your smile has become awkward after posing for a while, have a drink of water and take a 2 minute break.
Don’t over-drink. You’ll want to have a drink or two to ditch the wedding jitters, but be careful. You can easily end up glassy eyed in all of your photos. Our advice is to stop drinking 1 hour before photos and then celebrate with a round of shots after you get the formal photos out of the way.
Dress to impress. A suit is to women as lingerie is to men. This is just good life advice.
The best advice we can give you is HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE.Modeling may not be your favorite activity but it will make your new wife happy and you’ll be so happy to have the photos when you’re older.

While you can't totally alter your appearance, there are a few simple steps you can take to make sure you look good in Photos. Namely, make sure you're well-dressed in all the photos you take, keep your head at a slight tilt, and think of something that makes you laugh. The more natural the smile, the better the photo.

Turn your head about 10 to 15 degrees away from the camera - your chin and jawline will appear much stronger, and you will have a candid look in the photo. You can tilt your head down slightly too for a similar effect. This helps to bring focus away from your face and highlights your chin.
Feet Apart, Toes Out. As with most things, the foundation is key! ...
Stand Tall - Head, Shoulders, Spine, and Chest. As I mentioned, curves are typically associated with feminine posing so in this case, you'll want to make sure you keep your spine straight. ...
Shower, wash your face, shave, and put on deodorant daily. Make sure to keep your nails and eyebrows neat and trimmed, too. Wear clothes that are clean, fit you well, and make you feel good. Stand up straight, make good eye contact, and smile.
Women tend to get attracted to prominent cheekbones and masculine looks. So, try to keep the lower third portion of your face fat-free to look chiseled. Maintain a proper size and shape of your chin and jaw and not have double chin. The face of men will always look attractive if the facial height is perfect.
Wear rugged men's clothing in classic styles and dark or neutral tones. Groom yourself like a man with a shorter haircut and facial hair or contouring makeup. Walk with a manly swagger and sit or stand with good posture to project confidence. Start a strength-training regimen to build a more manly physique.
