Indulge with the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel at 430 calories. Add 1 oz of our Plain Cream Cheese Spread and add 90 calories to your bagel. Or add a single serve container of our Plain Cream Cheese Spread and add 150 calories to your bagel.
Looking for a lunch or dinner option with a certain calorie count in mind. A bowl of any of our soups—from the Homestyle Chicken Noodle to our famous Bistro French Onion Soup—is 370 calories or less. Our Broccoli Cheddar Soup is 370 calories for a bowl. Each of our whole salads are 600 calories or less from the Citrus Asian Crunch Salad with Chicken to the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken.
