Crème caramel powder: 50g + 30g Caramel sachet
Preparation :
Squeeze the caramel topping from the sachet into 4 small cups or moulds. Bring 2 cups (480ml) of milk along with the caramel mix in a large saucepan to almost boiling point while stirring constantly. Stir continuously for two more minutes. Pour gently in the moulds or cups and leave it until set and quite cold. Turn out and serve.
