Once more to market!
Country music superstar Trisha Yearwood has reduced the ask on her Brentwood, TN, place.
This time, thefive-bedroom, seven-bath mansion is listed for $3,950,000, a nice discount on the $4.5 million she was hoping to get just last year.
Will the new number garner some look-sees? Take a peek inside, and decide for yourself.
Historic house
The home’s bones are certainly solid, as the dwelling is more than a century old. The 6,553-square-foot abode features traditional details, such as various types of molding, trim work, hardwood floors, and lots of built-ins. Gated and private, the nearly 4.5-acre property is fenced in and has two different entrances.
Trisha’s kitchen
If Yearwood’s kitchen looks familiar, that’s because you’ve seen it on TV. The cookbook author has hosted many seasons of her Emmy-winning Food Network series, “Trisha’s Southern Kitchen,” in the space. And it’s well equipped, thanks to a 2015 renovation that included the addition of a Wolf double oven, six-burner range, Sub-Zero fridge, and a handy warming drawer.
Plus, the primary suite is on the first floor and offers two bathrooms and a private, outdoor space.
Other amenities include three fireplaces, a library, den, pool, pool house, and an elevator to reach some of the bedrooms.
The home is equipped with nine surveillance cameras that keep tabs on every inch of the property, and there’s plenty of extra land that could be used for a guesthouse, gym, or recording studio.
The singer and television host has had five No. 1 hits on country radio. Yearwood has won three Grammys and three Country Music Awards.
