Important:If you’ve shared a form with a collaborator, they may also have access to the form’s linked spreadsheet. If you want to remove a collaborator, you'll haveto remove them from the form and the spreadsheet separately.
Record the email addresses from people who fill out your form. When someone takes your survey, they will be required to enter their email address before they submit the form.
Collect verified emails
Important: Respondents must confirm their Google Account email address gets collected with their response. The confirmation displays on each page of the form.
Tip:If you copy and paste a chart into Google Docs, Slides, or Drawings, you can update the chart directly from the doc, presentation, or drawing as long as you have edit access to thedoc, presentation, or drawing, and the form.

If your Google Forms responses are missing, check the "Responses" tab first. Make sure you're using the correct Google account, review visibility settings, and refresh the page. If issues persist, contact Google Support.
The other way to get answers in Google Forms is to view them in a spreadsheet. Navigate to the Responses tab and click the Google Sheets icon in the top right corner. This will open a spreadsheet of all of your collected answers.
And a great way to get around this is to break up your form into multiple pages. And Google forms makes this a lot easier than you think. Often, users will open up a form and quickly scroll to the bottom of the form before answering a single question to determine how long this is going to take.
Under the Settings tab, open the “Responses” section and toggle the “Limit to 1 response” to be set off. This will make the form public which means that anyone can see your Google form without signing into Google Forms.
When you delete responses in Google Forms, it will be deleted permanently. The deleted form responses cannot be restored later. The workaround is to sync responses to Google Sheets as deleting the responses in Google Forms will not affect the responses already synced to Google Sheets.
It is not possible for others to view the form responses unless you intentionally give them shared privileges to do so. By default, the owner is the only one that can see the responses.
