I've been a member for probably 13 years. Prior to the last several months I'be had good overall experiences with ME. I had an excellent massage yesterday by a new therapist. My score of 6 is based on how difficult it's been to get appointments made with therapists on the weekend.

Bathrooms are filthy with crusted material around faucet, crumbling paint on doors, etc. The local news shows pictures of the mansion that the CEO lives in, yet he can see fit to have clean environment. Further, sheets feel synthetic and not cotton. The CEO would never set foot in there.
