Got an email confirmation that I was booked with Phillip Hernandez. Arrived to be told he no longer accepts them because he loses money off of them. He was rather rude, insensitive and seemed almost relieved that I wasn’t getting the massage. He was clearly ready to go home and left the parking lot before I did. I would of paid for the massage with my own money had he not been so rude and unprofessional. He said I’d be redundex my $20 in a couple business days. I go through the reviews on yelp and see this is an ongoing thing. Willl never return or recommend. I was gifted a massage for my birthday (a groupon), booked a massage online and paid the $20 deposit which I planned to use as a tip. Got an email confirmation that I was booked with Phillip Hernandez. Arrived to be told he no longer accepts them because he loses money off of them. It was almost impossible to schedule an appointment. Booking through their website was very frustrating and the $20 deposit to book is a little odd. Until I realized it was because the massage itself was not great. It says trigger point massage but I did not feel any better after this massage. Also during the massage a woman was banging on the window non stop. He excused himself to talk to her but didn’t extend the massage time. Not a great experience overall.

After going back and forth via text with Philip I had to pay an additional $20 as deposit to book the appointment. I did, but then I was rescheduled 3 times. The communication is poor and unprofessional. I decided to get a reimbursem*nt for my Groupon and explained this to Philip. I asked for my deposit back and he agreed to send it back via PayPal. Since I was not getting it I asked for an estimate of when I would get it and he replied that I would get it by 10/6/2020 because he had to pay his rent. I waited and here we are on 10/7/20 and nothing. I sent him another text and a request for payment but he just simply stopped replying. The lack of compromise makes me wonder about their actual protocols of hygiene and their professionalism when giving massages. My husband and I were so happy with our massages. Our therapists catered to each of our needs and we left feeling sooo good. We live out of town but when we come back to the valley we will definitely come back here for a massage. Thank you.

Studio is small but clean. I went for a prenatal massage but did not find my therapist’s style relaxing. Better suited for someone needing a targeted trigger point massage. Massage table was also not the most comfortable. Very average experience overall, not likely to return.
